TFS Develop

TFS Develop manages all international full-service clinical projects in phases II, III and IV. Composed of international teams of clinical research professionals, TFS Develop assists with clinical operations, study site coordination, biometrics, medical affairs and financial project controlling. A Therapeutic Area Lead supports the project leader with specific therapeutic area start-up activities. This ensures oversight on an international level, as well as in tandem with other operational units across countries, and allows the units to act as an international study team that works towards common operational milestones and goals.

In addition, clinical operations are strategically located in each country, able to perform specific parts of the trial, as well as the whole clinical development program, for registration-based trials in phases II and III. This operational structure takes into account the need for regionally-based trials in addition to multi-international trials and regulations. Our flexibility results in the best solutions for quality, speed and cost efficiency.

Currently, TFS Develop is involved in 250 clinical protocols being conducted in over 30 countries worldwide. TFS Develop’s operations and registration-based trials have successfully been inspected by the European Medicines Agency (EMA). TFS Develop employs 260 clinical research professionals.
