Ulf Rosén

Chairman of the Board

Ulf Rosén is currently senior partner and CEO of Life Science Management Group (LSM Group) based in Uppsala, Sweden. Most recently he held a position as President & CEO of NeoPharma AB (publ), an innovative pharmaceutical company with R&D in the therapeutic area of Parkinson's disease and the patent and market authorisation holder of Duodopa. Ulf Rosén was one of the key persons within the corporate management of NeoPharma that successfully completed the trade sale of NeoPharma to the leading Belgian pharmaceutical company Solvay. The acquisition was closed in January 2005 for approx. € 70 million in an all cash transaction. He has a broad experience of senior management positions and international business management of pharmaceuticals and medical technical products. Previously CEO of Fresenius-Kabi AB, Executive Vice President nutrition division/General Manager at Fresenius-Kabi Ltd in the United Kingdom and President & CEO at Pharmacia & Upjohn AS in Norway. In addition, commercial positions within Pharmacia Ophthalmics and Baxter. Chairman and member of the board of several life science companies, board member of Connect Uppsala and vice chairman of the Swedish Trade Association, IML. Business advisor to the life science group of Cybernetics Applications Management AB and founder and owner of RT&C AB based in Uppsala, Sweden. Ulf Rosén holds a medical university degree from Uppsala University, international diploma in marketing and business management together with financial management (DIHM/INSEAD). Ulf Rosén joined the Board of Directors at TFS Trial Form Support International AB in 2006 and is the chairman.
