Anders Leijon

Anders Leijon is an attorney at law and partner of the law firm Lindahl, one of Sweden's leading corporate law firms. Anders Leijon is specialised in working towards the life science industry. He has supported many pharmaceutical- and biotechnological companies in various legal activities. He holds a long and solid experience from clients in the life science sector, in Sweden and internationally. Anders Leijon is acting as the corporate lawyer of TFS Trial Form Support International AB and he has been involved in the establishment of all the legal frameworks within the TFS Group. He has been leading the work of securing and adhering to the legal requirements of new established affiliates within the TFS Group. Anders Leijon was one of the key persons in the corporate team at TFS during the legal due diligence and furthermore the closure of the acquisition of CDC Clinical Data Care. The acquisition was closed by TFS in July 2005. In addition to his work at Lindahl, Anders Leijon is a member of a number of boards. He joined the Board of Directors at TFS Trial Form Support International AB in 2006.
