New members in the Board of Directors at TFS Trial Form Support International AB (TFS) has during January, 2005 been appointed with focus on strategies for international growth.
Stockholm, 7th February, 2005: During January, 2005 the new Board of Directors had its first Board meeting at the mother company TFS Trial Form support International AB (TFS). The new Board of Directors consists of chairman Ulf Boberg, CEO for Global Genomics AB, and board members Monica Lindstedt, Founder of the magazine Metro and currently founder and acting CEO for the company Hemfrid AB, Ragnar Lindér, previously Managing Director for Amgen Nordic Region and now acting as a consultant for the biotech industry, Carl-Johan Sundberg, licensed physician (MD), Assoc Professor at Karolinska Institute and Investment manager for Karolinska Investment Fund and Daniel Spasic, acting CEO for TFS.
"The previous board was working very actively with the internal consolidation phase of TFS which is vital for a fast growing company as ours. However that phase is now completed and the new board will put its main focus towards international strategies for growth. The mix of competences in the Board is very diversified - it has a broad and long experience from entrepreneurship, basic academic research, knowledge from the industry and marketing, all very important pieces in the contribution of expanding our activities across Europe," says the CEO of TFS Mr. Daniel Spasic.
TFS Trial Form Support International AB is a clinical Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with affiliates in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia, United Kingdom, and Russia. The business idea is to provide clinical trial services in all phases to the Life Science Industry in Europe, US and Asia.
